I didnt wanna to gross y'all out. Lol! I have intense anal itching. It started

after my first hemmeroid about 9 months ago. Then I found a microtear in the

anus right after that. Now both are gone, but I continue to itch right around

and on the anus.

A medical doctor visually diagnosed a crusty exterior that looked to him to be

Candida. I assume that the hemeroid allowed the candida in my colon to escape

and essentially infect my anal area. The itching is so intense that despite my

best efforts, I will scratch so much that I cause a new wound on top of the

infection.

Also, My mother and I both share a chronic scalp itch as well, and a love of

candy too. I assume both itchings are related to candida, so that is more

evidence. I have *no* plans of asking my mom if she gets yeast infections

though. Lol!

I am on Step 4 of the Program. That took about 3-4 weeks to accomplish. I will

continue making headway.

I'd like to believe that I can stay on the program fully within the month, but

more realistically, it will take a year. The itching is agonizing. If something

could eliminate it while I am giving up all this sugar, that would be great. All

help is appreciated. Thanks for listening.
