Just a little update on this. Last night I had some more of the 'clearing'

going on when I went to bed. It is quite probable that some of it has been

clearing from my liver and/or pancreas, but I have now come to the conclusion

that what has mainly been clearing has been from my lymph.

A lot of the movement has been inside my ribs in my left back, my left shoulder

(which was 'frozen' for a while about 4 years ago) and up in my neck. I suspect

now that the lymph may well have been blocked for some time - and it was

probably that that caused the 'frozen' shoulder.

It all feels considerably easier down there now but I am still getting stuff

going through my hepatic tubes so there is still clearing going on. Since all

this started I have also had diarrhea - not something I get normally so my body

is obviously trying to expel the blocked toxins a.s.a.p.

This has been a very interesting episode. If the lymph was blocked, that would

explain all the swelling and discomfort up in my left side and back. It is

still a bit sore at the moment, but does gradually seem to be improving.

In some ways I wish I had started the coffee enemas earlier, but maybe my body

would not have been ready to deal with this anyway until now. Whatever has

triggered it into sorting this out, I am very grateful.

Thanks for your continued support and I hope your Mum continues to improve and

you have a nice few days with your daughter. I am away for a few days with my

family - my husband, adult son and daughter and her two boys and it is a joy to

be able to share time together.

Ali.

not sure why I hadn't done them before. Possibly thinking that being 3 years

gluten free and low-carb and 9 months on your diet ought to have cleared out my

liver et all by now, maybe. Not sure.

clearing out - all rattling across my back and down my right side out of the

tubes. The next day I felt a bit better - a little more energy.

sore after that one. That day I decided to start taking some Milk Thistle to

support my liver et al.

'Karlovy Vary' protocol.

few days this week, I didn't want to do anything that would make things

temporarily worse. However, my body had other ideas.

went on ALL night. It's still going on now, albeit not quite so strenuously.

It has been pulling stuff out from my left side and back, my shoulders, my neck,

all over and trundling it out. Absolutely awesome.

'lumps' of stuff, and it would feel as though I had been 'kneed' in the back,

triggering an involuntary jerk.

body has finally been given the tools to free it and clear everything out. I

just hope that the length of time it has been going on hasn't resulted in any

permanent damage. It has felt for some time as if my liver and/or pancreas has

been very swollen and inflamed.

duodenum I would get a horrible feeling in my back like someone was digging

their knuckles in. I am suspecting now that the blockage may have been stopping

my digestive enzymes and/or bicarbs getting out of my pancreas - and that is

probably why the food was sitting in my stomach so long.

>

> I really hope now that as the soreness and inflammation from this dies down my

digestion can finally start to recover and work properly. I will carry on with

the CEs when we get back from our break.
