Vegetable chips use foods on this program, and are a substitute for potato chips

or nachos people want to snack on because they are crunchy, so they are safer.

It isn't detrimental to have more nutritional yeast flakes, however it isn't

necessary either.

Dear Bee,

Just to make sure I understand--

It's okay to have more than 2 rounded tablespoons of nutritional yeast

flakes per day? Like say 4-5 TBL? I love the stuff as well....

Yes it is okay because B vitamins are water soluble so your body gets rid of any

it doesn't need.
