Guest guest
Are any raw vegetables ok to eat, or must everything be cooked or fermented? What about salad greens or cucumbers? Thanks!
Guest guest
Hi , It's best to eat well cooked vegetables because cooking helps to break down their cell walls and makes their nutrients more readily available. The odd salad here and there is okay, but if your digestion is bad or if you get stomach pain, it's best to stay away from raw vegetables.
