Guest guest
I want to encourage any who felt put off flushes by my recent mention of feeling a bit out of it for a few days after a flush. I was also traveling at the time, and had not had my daily 1/2 banana. My hostess gave me a banana, and after eating it, I had no more problems. Evidently, the cleaning out of my digestive tract took away postassium. Hello, Yes, when I used to do flushes, it made me feel pretty weak. I would try to eat foods to replace potassium, but then I also bought some potassium tables from the health food store. I found a list here of foods with high, moderate, etc., potassium: http://nhnh.essortment.com/potassiumfoodh_rkyn.htm Believe it or not, prunes are on the high list. But who would want to eat a bunch of prunes after a cleanse? heehee! Raisins are on the moderate list. I think apricots are on the high potassium list, so you could eat different things.
