Guest guest
Hello, This is my first post after reading quite a bit; here is my history as concise as I can make it. Lifetime of being overweight, horrible sugar cravings causing sever bingeing, bulimic, never had any energy, depression, brain fog, incredibly poor me memory, always had problems in school, mood swings, inability to lose weight ( no matter how hard I worked out, was a 10k runner for awhile and even wrestled through jr high and hich school). Skin rashes, yeast infection on my genitals. Chronic back pain, sore muscles and joints, multiple addictions through out life, been sober from drugs and alcohol for 24 years, but many other addictions remain. Been diagnosed with everything from ADD to Bi Polar (which I knew was not the case). I am now 41 and recently decided to pull the trigger and pay out of pocket for major testing with the local naturopath. After much reading and research I was convinced that I had sever Adrenal Fatigue but need the tests to confirm it and help with treating. I have had a pretty bad life so I thought he stress from childhood on started shut me down early and that was my problem. After 2500.00 the results came back and I was surprised, my thyroid was fine, I was a little low on DHEA and cortisol levels were a little low. But the doctor said my GI tract was a mess and that I had Candida, and most likely systemic. I also had developed food allergies most likely from leaky gut. I knew what it was and had read quite a bit about it, and suddenly it all made sense. He prescribed Nystatnin twice a day and Vit D drops. I am not confident he knows how to effectively treat this especially in a case as bad as mine. I spoke with a specialist in New York but its ungodly how much he wants to charge so here I am on this forum. Here is where I am at. • Gluten Free for 6 weeks. • Sugar, Dairy, Caffeine, Wheat Free for a little over a week. a. Though I do eat brown rice with meals at times and use Balsamic Vinegar with my salad dressing. • Very little exercise since I do labor intensive work and am very tired and sore in evenings. • Taking Nystantin twice a day. • Here is a list of supplements I have been on for about a month. Supplement Frequency Dosage Gaba 3 times a day 1000 mg Ginko Baloba Twice a day 120 Mg Calcium Twice a day 500 mg Magnesuim Twice a day 225 mg Zinc Once a day 50. mg Fish Oil 3 times a day 3000 mg L Tyrosine 3 times a day 1000 mg Acetyl L-Carnitine Twice a day 1000 mg Chromuum Piconate 3 times a day 200 mcg Vitamin C Twice a day 3000 mg Alive Multi Vitamin Twice a day 3 Capsules Glucosimine Once a day 1500 mg Prenenlone Once a day Liquid Vit D Once a day 4 drops DHEA Once a day 25 mg I have read allot of the articles here and am confused with some contradictions as to how every doctor, online resource, and nutritionist I have either spoken to read about say you have to kill the Candida with medicine, herbs whatever their method is. But Bee says none of them work. So is it just diet? That's it? Wes
