Guest guest
So I read even further into bee's website pertaining to healing symptoms. I kinda think some of the early symptoms I am experiencing right now maybe due to a quick push to get into the program. Within a week I was prety much on board. I really felt I could go on quickly due to the fact that I ate all organic and the major change would just be eliminating nuts, grain, and fruit.(carbs) I haven't had any junk food or processed foods in a couple years and I used all the oils and organic foods she has mentioned for quite sometime now. But now I am experiencing some loose stool and hair shedding. Orginally I thought it was early stages of healing symptoms but now I think I just moved too fast into the program. So I need some help, I assume I should just kinda stick it out and early changes and symptoms I experience will subside? Anything I should do different? I am really 100% into the program for over a week now. Please any feedback would be great! Thanks Casey!
Guest guest
Hi Casey, Your body will produce loose stools to get rid of toxins and your hair will shed for the same reason. This is actually a good thing since it means your body is healing. You won't get better without getting rid of these of toxins. If your symptoms aren't overwhelming or making you too sick to function, you should continue to do what you are doing. The healing process is not always pleasant. I suggest you stay the course. It sounds to me like you doing the right things. Hang in there! Group Moderator > > So I read even further into bee's website pertaining to healing symptoms. Guest guest
Hi Casey, I should have probably told you that I had healing reactions from Day 1 on Bee's program. That would have probably made you feel better. ) Group Moderator > > thanks soo much for the support! I really appreciate it! Guest guest
Hi, is it normal to experience some healing reactions after some years since starting? Or we should never get healing reaction after a lot of time on the diet? Thanks Fabio > > > > thanks soo much for the support! I really appreciate it! Guest guest
> > Hi, is it normal to experience some healing reactions after some years since starting? Or we should never get healing reaction after a lot of time on the diet? +++Hi Fabio, Yes, it is normal to get some healing reactions even years after being on a healthy program like this. That is because the body itself produces many things it has to get rid of. For example, you breathe in good air (oxygen) and breathe out bad air (carbon dioxide) all of the time. When the body processes protein it produces uric acid that has to be eliminated too. Uric acid is expelled in your urine through the kidneys. Also when you get toxins from foods, from the air, from anything applied to the skin or that the skin is exposed to, they have to be eliminated by the body too. Now when I get toxins I'll get a little sniffle and maybe have to blow my nose, or cough a bit, but it is over quite quickly. Or I'll have to clear out my pipes in the morning after my body has detoxified in the night, by blowing my nose and maybe a big cough and it's over. Stresses on the body or you will also cause problems because it means your body will be running on its fight/flight nervous system. Here's the many bodily functions that change when that happens: * your mouth becomes dry because saliva production is decreased * your breathing becomes more shallow yet you are breathing faster * your lungs and bronchial tubes are expanded to provide more oxygen * your stomach produces much less stomach acid (HCl) * the movement of your bowels is slowed down * it is more difficult to urinate, since the valve to your bladder is kept closed * your heart rate increases, as well as the force of heart contractions (it feels like pounding in your chest) * the pupils in your eyes get larger (open up) * your adrenals glands increase production of adrenaline and other hormones * blood is sent to the brain while skin and internal organs get less oxygen * muscle tension is increased So that's why it is important to do deep breathing exercises, and to do what you can to lessen your stresses - here's the article on it: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/breath4.php To maintain your health throughout your life you must treat your body the way Nature intended, which is by: 1) Consuming " proper nutrients " - a Healthy diet plus supplements which provides all of the nutrients any Human needs in order to be healthy - see Foods That Damage, Foods That Heal http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/heal13.php 2) Eliminating toxins. 3) Eliminating damaging foods. All the best, Bee
