Guest guest Posted May 5, 2011 Report Share Posted May 5, 2011 Hi Bee, Just wondering after reading your short testimony on the website...what were the 9 foods that you could only eat when you started to get well..as I seem to react (want to eat more of..binge on) to some foods on the list rather than others..... I am considering going on just eggs, certain meats (pureed in broth) and fats and the occasional egg drink until my bloating and healing symptoms subside a little as I am going through uncomfortable physical and emotional distress with the diet at the moment ....i understand this could take many months........do you think this will be too much for my body to handle too soon with my health history....as I have only been on the diet and sups for 8 weeks (with some cheating here and therebut I am proud of my progress) and I am determined to stick to it 100% today without cheats......
