Fat - protein ratios

Hi Bee,

According to the nutritional calculator on your site I need the

following for my height (5'6 " ).

Protein 68 grams

Carbohydrates 54 grams

Fats from 169 to 237 grams

This is what I figured for one day using the Fit Day website values.

2 Fried eggs

Fat = 13.5

Protein = 12.5

4 oz of ground beef

Fat = 22.7

Protein = 19.5

4 oz sirloin steak

Fat = 12.4

Protein = 36.8

5 tbsp coconut oil

Fat = 68

2 tbsp butter

Fat = 23

Protein = .2

Totals

Fat = 139.7

Protein = 69

The rest of the food would be vegetables.

How do I get more fat? Protein is adequate, but fats are low.
