Guest guest
I've been using a combination of 50% oregano oil and castor oil/castor oil packs for my frozen shoulder for 10 days. I indicated in another message that this has diminished pain quite a bit. I just wanted to encourage others to try this if needed. Using this is messy and the oregano oil smells quite strong. But, after 7 days, I was able to do some yardwork and felt like taking a walk after that! This comes after months of inactivity due to pain. Thanks, Bee and Chris! H. Guest guest
Hello, I'm interested in the post about oregano oil and castor oil as my hubby has arthritis. I did a bit of research and it looks like oregano oil, when ingested, helps to kill bacteria - including problems with candida. But I was wondering whether oregano oil kills friendly gut bacteria as well as the bad? If so, how does it know to discriminate between the two? Any advice would be much appreciated. I'm currently trying to find a natural cure for my thyroid nodules with mild hyperT and daily loose stools problem. Thank you. Thank you. > +++Hi Meadowsweet, First, bacteria, candida/yeast, etc. cannot be killed off by anything since the body itself creates it, as needed, just like they are created in all of Nature. All of that information about friendly gut bacteria and killing off bugs was dreamed up by the modern medicine in order to justify using antibiotics and antifungals (which are poisonous to the human body) in order to treat bacteria and fungus like candida - see these articles: Why Antifungals Are Not Needed: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/antifungal1.php Why Probiotics Are Not Needed: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/probiotic1.php There are Five Primary Causes of ALL Failing Health, including candida, arthritis, cancer, health disease, etc.: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/health2.php 1. Lack of the correct combination of nutrients that all humans need in order to be healthy. 2. Lack of oxygen at a cellular level. 3. Accumulation of toxins, poisons, and waste because of an inability of the body to detoxify like it should. 4. Lowered vitality (energy) due to stress, shock, injury, emotional upsets, losses, relationship or financial worries, being unhealthy, etc. 5. Poor " Nutritional Status " acquired from parents upon conception. That's why this is an overall healing program that improves anyone's health. Am I to understand that your husband also has candida? If he does he needs to read two important articles so he understands what he needs to do and why: How to Successfully Overcome Candida: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/intro2.php Curing Candida, How to Get Started: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/intro1.php For encouragement and inspiration see these 200 wonderful Success Stories by members of this group: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/success/index.php The best in health, Bee

Guest guest
Just a question about castor oil packs.. I thought that is was the castor oil that was the important part but I read now that 'any' oil can be used. So since I thought it was castor oil ingredient that was beneficial, what is the process of this? Ie/ i thought maybe some castor oil ingredients were absorbing to help detoxify. But is it moreso just the heat application since any oil will work? Thanks. I had started using the castor oil packs for 3 days on 3 days off. By the third day on, I was getting more of my symptoms which is antsy acidic like searing inside with itching etc. mostly inside diffusely. even a hive or two broke out on the spot the heat was. By the third night I couldn't wait to get the pack off after an hour, I got so extremely tense and restless inside.. I am also using epsom salt baths almost nightly. My daughter gets so hot and itchy feeling. This started since I began evco for us both, but have since stopped for about a week. How long does it take to 'recover' from these healing reactions if one stops the evco, or, does it trigger the body to keep healing if on Bee's diet? I was told early on by a mod I think, that even just the diet alone would trigger healing, is this true Bee? Thanks very much, Tina > +++Hi Betty, > > Please read about the castor oil pack so you understand: > http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/pack.php > > Bee >

Also doing Epsom salt baths every night created more detoxifying reactions. Like I write " more is not better " ! Please do not do so many treatments at any one time, particularly when you are just starting on this program. Instead, concentrate on getting completely on the diet and taking all supplements. You could take an Epsom salt bath every 3 days or so, but don't go overboard with any treatments like that. You cannot avoid healing reactions, and that is why it is important to get on this program slowly, and not do too many things at one time. Yes, that is correct, that just the diet alone helps the body heal and detoxify itself creating such symptoms, and when you add supplements the combination helps even better. So take it easy. You cannot rush healing anyway, since it still takes 1 month for every year you've been unhealthy. All the best, Bee
Guest guest
Thanks Bee. I forgot to say I also started coffee enema and will do once a week. But I don't notice anything. I use clear enema first then insert proper organic coffee, but, nothing special happens, and my body barely releases it after 10 mins. On the castor oil packs, is it the castor oil that specifically helps detox b/c of it's ingredient or really will any oil also do the same thing? Trying to figure if it's just any safe oil or the castor oil's special ingredients that helps with detox. Because I seem so intolerant to so many things, I thought these external less bothersome treatments like epsom bath, castor oil packs and enemas would be a good thing for me, but i'll slow it down some. Thanks Bee, oh I was just curious if you're going to have all your info published in a book or is it too much a work in progress to put on paper? You can follow the schedule for doing coffee enemas as listed in the article. It is okay if you do not release all of the coffee since it is still helping you. What did you expect to notice after a coffee enema? After my first one I felt a relief, like someone shut off a high electrical charge going through my system that I didn't realize was there. > > On the castor oil packs, is it the castor oil that specifically helps detox b/c of it's ingredient or really will any oil also do the same thing? Trying to figure if it's just any safe oil or the castor oil's special ingredients that helps with detox. +++I have had second thoughts about using castor oil since I found the reason it helps is because of its ability to penetrate into deep layers of the skin. It contains a high percentage of omega-9, one of 3 essential fatty acids (the other 2 are omega 3 and omega 6), but that doesn't mean omega 9 is special for healing and that other oils wouldn't do the same thing or do it better, since omega 9 is also in extra virgin olive oil. +++That's why I recently added two other oils which also penetrate into deep layers of the skin that I believe are better and more beneficial, and also easier to get and cheaper, i.e. unrefined coconut oil and extra virgin olive oil. +++Castor oil should never be taken internally because it is a powerful purgative, meaning it makes your bowels empty. That makes me think oils I added would also be better in packs applied to the skin. > Because I seem so intolerant to so many things, I thought these external less bothersome treatments like epsom bath, castor oil packs and enemas would be a good thing for me, but i'll slow it down some. +++Good girl! > Thanks Bee, oh I was just curious if you're going to have all your info published in a book or is it too much a work in progress to put on paper? +++I hope to, but that will not happen any time soon.
