+++Hi Colleen,

I have added notes to my all Meat & Fat Program which covers your questions:

Thank you for bringing them to my attention.

Have a great 2011!

The best to you, Bee

Is the electrolyte drink included in the program as well? Do I need to watch my

fat and protein ratio which is 188/75 in range to go along with the 80/20 on the

calorie pie chart?

Thanks

+++Hi Colleen,

No, the electrolyte drink is not included in my all meat and fat program.

That's why I've added the notes at the beginning: " Also take 1.5 teaspoons of

good ocean sea salt while on this program. "

My program also says: " Consume 20% meat/eggs and 80% " good " fats (by calorie

count, and not in quantity, volume or grams). "

That means you do not calculate your foods in any other way. If you consume

some carbs it will show up on the pie chart too, but just ignore them (it should

be a very small amount anyway), and try to get as close to 20% protein and 80%

fats as you can.

Hi Colleen,

Yes, it's fine to drink the mineral rich bone broth. The lemon juice or apple

cider vinegar will be quite dilute so the amount wouldn't be significant.
