Guest guest
I have a few more questions about pleomorphism-terrain theory. I am all for this theory and am still trying to work out the kinks in my thinking. I will post another post on that and thank you for the discussion and opportunity to learn! Regarding mold.. I too have moved from a mold infested house. I have talked with several more progressive minded " experts " though I feel pretty certain they are not coming from a pleomorphic POV though many address terrain issues. According to them: (1) You can become colonized with mold present in the environment. They have tested environment with molds, mycotoxins and bacteria that often grow in wet building damaged materials and found the same " pathogens " are also " colonized " in their patients. (2) Mold spores carry antigens and toxins (mycotoxins). When you attempt to kill mold spores, the antigens and mycotoxins do not die. The spores may. The danger in this is that the process of " killing " will fragment the spore creating spore fragments which are more easily inhaled.. I am not sure where the terrain-pleomorphic therory comes in here but they are inhaled. The " exxperts " say this allows them to become more deeply embedded in lungs.. the spores may not be able to grow (if they are dead) and colonize but they can still contain antigens and mycotoxins which can make you sick. In that sense, mold mycotoxins would be like any other toxin, right? It is a poison and will disrupt the terrain. I am still unclear.. I know people who have been " colonized " with molds that were in their WBD environment.. how does this happen if not by inhalation? Candida is a natural part of our internal ecosystem.. but is fusarium, aspergillus and other forms of such found in WBD? Can we become poisoned in a sense, and colonized by molds that were intended by nature to grow on nature and not in us? From what I am reading, gettting from available " experts " and others who have gone through this.. their lab tests say yes. Lab tests are also showing gram neg and pos bacteria that represent what is found when culturing the environment. (3) Removing mold according to these experts... never disturb as you will release mold spores into the air.. to breath in, to land on your furniture, clothing.. these spores are not natural " healthy " mold spores.. they are toxic because they are grwoing on substrates that nature enver intended them to grow on.. this is what I have understood. They are in higher concentrations in inclosed places.. making the external environment unhealthy or imbalanced.. an externally imbalanced terrain? If we are a part of the whle (fractile-ly speaking) then would not an external imbalance effect the internal imbalance in our bodies? Point about removing mold.. as I was told.. if attempting yourself, cover with plastic and tape it up. Remove around the plastic and carefully put in plastic bag and trash. You cannot recover material that has mold growing on it. Robin
