Guest guest
Hi Bee, In a recent reply you wrote that we should not give calcium to our pets. Does this include crushed egg shells? I give mine 1/4 teaspoon for every 1/4 pound of meat. I read that this is necessary for them to maintain an optimal balance between phosphorus and calcium if bones aren't a part of their diet. Since ground meat is cheaper, I use this method. What do you advise Bee? Thank you, kelly
