Hi ,

I dealt with depression on an off for many years before starting Bee's program.

I took some antidepressants as well. I don't know if I would call what I

felt/feel " retracing " or just my hormones balancing out, but going through some

depression now while on Bee's program (knowing that it will eventually be over)

makes it MUCH easier to handle. I know there's a light at the end of the tunnel.

Also, don't be afraid to ask for help. I have been seeing a therapist and

luckily she herself battled candida so she understands. But, there could also be

some real emotional/repressed reasons you are experiencing depression so look at

it as a journey (not a disease) and as an opportunity to be rid of the " baggage "

you may have been carrying around for years.

Finally, prepare for it! If you know your hormones and such need to balance and

it may be hard to function (or even get out of bed) do your cooking when you

feel good...even if those good days are scarce. I have a stash of " depression

food " in my freezer, haha. It's healthy food for the days I cant stop crying and

eating mac & cheese would be easier and more comforting. I just pop out a

container of Chicken Vindaloo (my total fav from Bee's recipe group) and make

myself eat it.

Hope this is helpful honey :)

been removed?? As I mentioned previously  I have had my tonsils, adenoids,

thyroid, appendix, 37 lymph nodes all taken out in the past and was wondering if

I should expect to feel pain in these areas once on the diet......as I am

feeling some discomfort near the thyroid gland area..like a pain when

swallowing..?

you treated with a drug/cream....in the past will re-surface?

again and is itching like mad....(been on diet for 8 weeks).....I was wondering

why this was as he received no medical treatment for the chicken pox......so

nothing inhibited his body from healing at the time.....actually now I think of

it he did have antihistimines and lotions!!! Just answered that one....

+++Hi ,

Yes, your body will retrace any pain, emotions and mental issues you had with

any health issues, including removal of organs.

It is also correct to say anything...like a pain/sickness or disease you treated

with a drug/cream....in the past will re-surface since any areas affected still

need to be detoxified, repaired and rebuilt to a healthy level.

Yes, is it true to say that with anti depressants....so feelings/emotions that

were suppressed when using these will resurface...this would make it difficult

to stay on the program wouldn't it....as drugs/food is how most people deal with

daily life these days...me included?

Any and all pain, emotions and mental issues you had while you were becoming

more and more unhealthy will be retraced, or re-experienced, while your body is

healing itself. That is because natural healing processes are actually the same

as the diseases processes, so reversing your health involves the same symptoms,

pain, emotions, mental issues, etc.

For example, my brother was on my program and called to say he thought he was

having a stroke. After he explained how one side of his face was numb, that his

mouth was down turned and his nose was half numb, and even his eye seemed to not

work right, I asked him if he had been given a lot of novacaine in the past

during a dental procedure. He went " Oh my gosh, yes! " I've been on your

program 30 months and about 30 years ago a dentist pumped so much novacaine in

that I wanted to stop him. After I left half of my face was so numb even my eye

didn't work right.

I'm glad you answered your question about your son, however IF your body does

not have what it needs to heal any health issue that occurred in the past, even

if it was not suppressed by drugs, etc., now that it has what it needs to heal

it properly it will heal it just like anything else.

Your body will be saying: " Thank goodness , you finally are giving me what

I need so I can now do my job properly! "

All the best, Bee
