Guest guest
Hello Bee. I am sorry to bother you again, but it seems like coconut milk (homemade) is giving me terribe reactions and most of all severe heartburn. Is this just a part of healing crisis ? I would like it so much if I could keep on drinking the milk. So I don't understand if the hearburn is just die off or maybe I should totally stop the coconuts (I wish I would not). I never ever had heartburn before in my life. Thank you Marisa

Thanks for your help. +++Hi April, You need to see your doctor now because there are many things that could be happening that you nor I couldn't know about. Please get a proper diagnosis from your doctor and let me know. It doesn't mean you must do treatments he recommends, but I suggest you do not tell him you are on this program and what it involves, other than telling him you are on all liquid and pureed foods. I was having only gluten-free grains like brown rice and rice pasta before, and also having good fats, just not as much. Maybe my body has to go even slower with the changes than it did. I will check with a doctor too. Thank you, April

" Read through this article again to see if it better answers your question (while you await Bee's reply): <http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/intro1.php> Especially the part about starting out. I know she allows buckwheat for 'beginners'. In this post, Bee addresses constipation and allows buckwheat: < /message/99616> All the best to you, , moderator
Guest guest
That must be what happened. Maybe I have to back up a little bit and have something a little more familiar in small amounts. Guest guest
, Thanks for sending that post about the woman that changed over too soon. It mentions brown rice and millet as well as buckwheat. Maybe I'll have to backtrack just a bit and have a little in my diet for now. Then reduce it more slowly than I did the first time. April PS How did you expand that post so you can read the whole conversation in one? I normally have to click on each message in the archives one by one. >> Bee has stated: >> >> " If you got constipated after starting on this program it is mainly >> because you changed over to it too quickly. I normally have to click on each message in the archives one by one. +++Hi April, When you go on the group's website and click on any message, you can scroll below them to see any messages with that subject that have been posted. It also highlights the current message that is open and you can see any replies to it. That's why I always go on the website to reply to messages, so I can see all of the messages related to each one: / Just click on Messages on the left-hand menu and you'll see what I mean.
