Been on the program 9 months.

Have done my first 2 Coffee enemas in the last couple of weeks. Doing them

because of tiredness for the last 2 months that just won't go away.

After my first enema my intestines got really painful, really inflamed, and I

was wiped out. I reduced the coffee in the second one (very weak). It still

caused pain but bearable.

The main thing is though that before I started the enemas my bowel movements had

become regular and normal. After each enema I become constipated for days? Is

this normal?

+++Hi Cassie,

Describe what you mean when you say you got constipated.

+++Hi Cassie,

That doesn't mean you are constipated. Constipation is when your bowel

movements have lost water so they are like round hard pebbles that are difficult

to get out.

You didn't get a bowel movement because the enema cleared out everything in your

large colon, so it takes time for more to collect in it from the small

intestines.

Why are you doing the coffee enemas?
