Guest guest
So I bought nutritional yeast flakes from frontier and got them in the mail today and took two scoops. Did not realize the ingredients are organic yeast autolysate, organic rice flour, and sea salt and may contain wheat????? AHRRR!!! Write that up as a mega cheat! I need help. I wanted to buy from Frontier because I am fearful of the MSG due to the high heat used to make nutritional yeast flakes and I read in a previous post that Bee stated Frontier used low heat. But it appears there are two different types of nutrional yeast flakes made by frontier. Can someone give me the link for the Beet derived Nutritional flakes. Thanks. There's 2 good brands available at iHerb: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/resource/iherb.php Bee
