Guest guest
So I am almost four months in on the program. Definitely some ups and downs to say the least, but on a positive note my hunger urges died down almost completely. I use to literally crave doughnuts, cakes, and pies at night before bed when i started this program. Weird thing was I have not eaten those types of unhealthy foods for years, but I guess my body just craved the sugar. Thankfully, I am completely satisfied and full with three meals. I have very little if any of a sugar craving to speak of. I do still struggle with healing symptoms especially my spinal column, hair sheds, and dark circles under my eyes. I have read that heavy metals like lead can be stored in your vertebrae, so too as Bee has mentioned about toxins in ones vertabrae. All and all I am trying to stay positive and continue to think of reaching my ultimate goal of health! I will say Bee told me 3-4 months for the craving symptoms to die down and well she was right on the money. So no reason to lose faith now. Do have a couple questions for Bee- I read your posting stating that your body detoxifies more at night, I think this may then explain why I wake up with very dark circles as opposed to what shows at night and I noticed when I have hair sheds they are more prominent in the morning when I wake. Possibly my body detoxifying over night, thoughts? Also, I am doing enemas which truly make me feel much better if even for a short period of time. As I mentioned before after enemas my backaches cease, my dark circles go away…its great if even for an hour. My questions is that I am entering the stage were I begin to do an enema every other week, I wouldn't mind continuing the enemas every week but I assume the program is setup so that your body begins to detoxify itself as opposed to the assistance from the enema. So I assume continuing enemas every week would not be beneficial, is that correct? Thanks for your help, best wishes to everyone on the program.
