The duodenum pain with me is very miserable as I'm more sensitive to a lot of foods. Most of the time my food has to be very bland/plain-I have to limit/eliminate any spices. +++Hi , My healing was not a direct journey like this program provides, so dealing with it took me much longer than necessary since I first improved my health enough to cure my candida back in 1987. But my body wasn't able to heal itself of all past health issues until I went on a high fat diet. When I was desperate with pain I took some Pepto Bismol along with Maalox since Pepto causes constipation and Maalox causes diarrhea so they could offset each other. Try not to have it too often or too much, but it can help the pain so you are able to function. Less pain means less stress. Also do deep breathing exercises. How long have you had duodenum issues (years & months), and how long have you been completely on my program (months)? Bee
Guest guest
BEE I have had duodenum issues for about 1 year 1/2, been on your diet for 4 1/2 months--Having trouble with the high fats--too much butter/coconut oil/sea salt seems to aggravate my duodenum. I definitely cant overcook any fat that seems to aggravate it as well. Seems like every time I try to get my fat levels up my duodenum starts to shout at me--Its very frustrating. Tried the garden of life cod liver oil liquid that has lemon/peppermint essence added. No problems or burp up with that-- Great product. Sometimes I have to do potassium bicarbonate to settle my duodenum, but don't like doing it because it makes me tired (seems to lower my blood pressure). Sometimes I'll do sodium bicarbonate during the day, but that makes me a little loopy-but not as tired. BEE What foods/Liquids agreed with you the most when you had your duodenum issues?
