Most of us have used toxic products, such as hair dyes, shampoo, hair spray, gels, etc. that have to come out. Toxins also get released through your teeth and fingernails, which is amazing to realize, but it is true. That's why people on this program can get discolored teeth (yellow is toxins and grey or brown are toxic fluorides and metals), or nails, etc. I've known men who paint houses for a living and they got dirt-looking stuff coming out under their fingernails even when they were totally scrubbed and clean. I used to paint with oils and I had many colors come out from under my fingernails. So hang in there, as this too will pass when your body finishes detoxifying any particular area. Guest guest
I have . My hair is very thin. To be homest it started falling out some time before commencing Bee's diet (I have been on it 13 months) but I had already gone fairly low-carb so maybe my body was trying to detox even back then. It does seem that the loss has started to slow down now - at one point before Bee's diet it was everywhere! Now I would say the loss is not too much more than would be normal. And now I am just waiting for it to start regrowing! :oD Ali. > > Hi Bee and Everyone, > > I have been taking the supplements for a couple of weeks, and I am almost down to the recommended diet, except for a few more carbs I am slowly getting rid of. Guest guest
Bee and Ali, Thanks for your responses. I will keep at it and see what happens. I hope I don't lose all my hair before I detox! Honestly, I think women's hair loss is an epidemic. I have friends who are ten years younger than me (in their early thirties) who have such thin hair you can see their scalps. Nobody knows what to do. I constantly see (younger) women in the mall or supermarket who have very little hair. What is going on in our society?? Are we that toxic? I wonder why some people seem to be bothered by toxic overload and candida, and others are perfectly healthy eating the typical American diet. > > I have . My hair is very thin. Guest guest
You said it ! We are a very toxic society. Not only that but much of what people eat now is very devoid of nutrition. I read recently a report in the Daily Mail of a lady who regrew her hair after suffering with Alopecia just by changing her diet. She ate far more nutritious food and removed most of the damaging stuff from her diet - particularly sugar, and it worked. Her deficiency may appear to have been iron, but deficiencies in lots of things can contribute to hair loss, as can detoxing, so not everyone will be affected by the same thing. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/health/article-1348097/I-lost-hair--grew-iron-rich-CO\ CKLE-diet.html So as Bee points out it has to be a two-pronged attack - removal of the bad and replacement with high nutrition. I suspect this lady may well have taken iron supplements as well, although I don't think the article mentions that, but the food and supplements on Bee's diet will address any deficiencies over time, whatever they are - and that will eventually address any hair loss. Guest guest
Thanks for the article Ali! I agree with what it says about serum ferritin. Mine ferritin level is 11, which is extremely low, but I have not been able to increase it so far. Maybe this diet will help. > > > > Bee and Ali, > > > > Thanks for your responses. Also there are no tests that can tell you what is going on at a cellular level. Please read this message to understand: /message/103945 Yes, this program does balance out all nutrient and hormone levels to what they should be, because it provides all of the nutrients your body needs to do its job, along with eliminating toxins, etc. God didn't make any stupid bodies, and Nature gets it right.
