Guest guest
It's been a year since I was healed on Bee's plan. (Thank you, Bee!) The past couple of months I can't seem to get rid of terrible itching and dry skin on my arms. Sometimes the itching wakes me up in the middle of the night. I have eliminated all carbs including rice the past few months to get this itching under control. THe only carbs I eat are salads and low-glycemic veggies. 4 days ago I eliminated eggs and nuts to see if I might have an " allergy. " The itching was the worse today than it has been in a week. I don't know what else to remove from my diet! I eat about 2-4 tablespoons CO per day. I can't put CO on my arms because it burns. I feel like I am going crazy. Can you help me, please? What is your name please? How old are you and how many months did you do my program? Itching and dry skin is mainly caused by toxins coming out, and in order to turn it around you need to stay on the complete program long enough. Even after that you cannot go back to a modern diet since that is what makes us all sick to begin with. In order to maintain life-long health you need to follow the basic principles of this program, including taking supplements. Are you taking cod liver oil and the other supplements? Cheers, Bee
Guest guest
This is Lynn. I am 42 yrs old. I began your diet in March 2010 after 6 years of suffering and was completely healed of terrible rashes on my hands and arms by June 2010. ABout 4 months to feel normal again. Since then I have very gradually been adding in bad carbs. [Apply boiling frogs analogy]. Shame on me. I reverted back to a strict Bee diet a couple of months ago. I have NOT been consistent with the supplements. I take the equal amounts Cal and Mag; Vit E; B complex; Cod Liver oil; Vit. C by NOW or Garden of Life. I will be more disciplined in this area. CAn the taking the supplements so sporadically cause my itchiness??? My diet is really spot on. I eat sausage, bacon with no nitrates, until recently--eggs scramble in CO. Salads with avocado, olive oil/lemon dressing. Grass fed beef, chicken. NO breads, pasta, potatoes, corn, etc. The only variable has been the supplements. Surely there has to be something else I am doing wrong????? I have a binder full of pages from your website. I will read over everything and see if I am missing something else. Thankyou for helping me! > > > > It's been a year since I was healed on Bee's plan. (Thank you, Bee!) The past couple of months I can't seem to get rid of terrible itching and dry skin on my arms. It is obvious your body need much more healing time on the strict program, so that's why your skin is a problem again. +++You also need to take Niacin (B3) if your B complex doesn't contain true niacin - here's the handy Supplements Chart: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/supp7.php +++Also ensure you are taking 1.5 teaspoons of good ocean sea salt per day. Measure it out in a little dish in the morning and try to take 1/3rd with each meal or add it to water. > +++Since you've had those symptoms in the past, while your body is healing they will come and go just like they did when they originally happened, which called retracing: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/heal10.php > CAn the taking the supplements so sporadically cause my itchiness??? The fats in combination are very important, but they also work together with all of the other nutrients in the other supplements and foods. > > I have a binder full of pages from your website. The best to you, Bee
