Guest guest
Hi Everyone, I'm thanking my lucky stars for finding this amazingly informative website and hopefully drawing upon the wealth of knowledge everyone has here! I'm a newbie. Have had increasing incidence of gall stone attacks since November and have finally surrendered to the pain and summoning the courage for my first flush. I've already tried the quick fix of 1 cup freshly squeezed grapefruit juice with 1 tbs epsom salts and it works every time for the pain. Thank you for that tidbit! ))) My first question is - when I take my doses of epsom salts during the flush, is it okay to substitute grapefruit juice for water to make it more palatable? Secondly, I am going for Kelley's Liver Flush protocol, as I purchased some Super Phos 30 and Oxy-powder Colon Cleanse caps from the Global Healing Center (http://www.ghchealth.com/health-products/) and this was their protocol recommendation. Has anyone used this protocol of eating the berries and heavy cream? In combination with the oil, I'm concerned it will bring on an attack. Any insights would be gratefully received. Thanks all! Blessings, n
