Guest guest
Just about 4 weeks in, 4 week update. Just completed second enema yesterday, I tend to feel pretty good after enemas, but unfortunately the feeling is short lived at this point. Some symptoms in week four include a small but almost boil like outbreak of pimples on small region of my face, the rest of my face almost perfectly clear. My back and neck continue to ache and crack as they have for many years. Questions: 1. -Thoughts on Micarcle Soap II? I really like this soap and I have used this before and it seems to have some great ingredients accept the almond oil? So I assume no good? http://www.miraclesoap.com/more/soap.html <http://www.miraclesoap.com/more/soap.html> 2. How important is it to strictly monitor fats, carbs, protein ratio. I have been on the recommended diet for about a month eating 3 meals a day. My meals consist of approx 2 cups of cooked veggies, a cooked meat, and coconut oil with ghee or olive oil. I haven't really narrowed it down to an exact ratio the %'s I take in. How detrimental is it to not monitor percentage ratios. I do intake more than the 5 ½ tablespoon daily dosage of coconut oil, usually at a rate of 7 tablespoons. So i try if nothing else to eat a lot of fat. Input. 3. Getting ahead of myself I know but approx how far out do you assume it takes for a body to begin calisthenics? I know reccommended at the start of the program is walking, yoga, etc but when can Calisthenics be introduced? I think I first need to start gaining weight, I have lost a good 5 to 10lbs in the past month.(Not good, I was skinny to begin with) So any ideas, 4 months, 6 months, a year? Thanks so much, Casey

Pimples, like any abnormal skin eruptions, are toxins coming out, so do not be concerned since that is a good thing and indicates the program is working like it should. +++Back and neck problems can also be caused by toxins, and since you've them in the past your body will be retracing them as you progress on this program - see this article: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/heal10.php > > Questions: > 1. -Thoughts on Micarcle Soap II? You are right, if it contains almond oil it isn't good. I found 3 good bar soap products at iHerb and have added them to my list. If you have not ordered from iHerb before get $5.00 of your first purchase IF you give them my Rewards Number: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/resource/iherb.php > > 2. If you are taller than 5 feet your ratios are not in percentages, and instead are in grams - see this for the Simple Calculator: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/foods8.php +++After getting your correct ratios, go to fitday.com to enter your foods in order to determine quantities as explained here: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/foods9.php +++It is very important that you keep as close to your ratios as possible because you could be consuming too many carbs, which is detrimental to health, and not enough good fats which is what helps your body most - it is easy to get enough protein. > > 3. In the meantime you don't want to deplete your body's energy and resources by exercising too much. All the best, Bee
