burning any longer. I tried some coconut oil I put in the vaginal area which I

thought might help the burning some. I did it once before I went to bed and

then a second time during the night.

+++Hi Theresa,

Have you ever had bladder issues, bloating or back pain symptoms before starting

on this program, i.e. in the past? If you have, your body will retrace them

while it is healing itself - see this article:

http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/heal10.php

If you have never had bladder, bloating, back pain, etc. before then re-check

your supplements and your diet.

Bloating can be caused by not cooking carbs (vegetables) and by consuming too

many carbs (above your ratios) or by cheating.

Regarding your burning bladder:

1)Fruits can cause the bladder to burn because they produce a lot of uric acid,

so the burning can be more intense when you are on this program since your body

isn't used to having them.

2) Also you can get a burning bladder for awhile when your body is switching

over from running on carbs/sugars to running on good fats, because your body is

producing more ketones, but with a little time your body balances itself so

there aren't so many ketones, thus less burning in the bladder.

Of course infection is created by your own body, when needed, in order to clean

up, repair and heal an area. If you think you do have an infection take parsley

tea for 7 days as explained in this article:

http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/women5.php

I hope that helps.

Bee
