Thanks for the few responses. I woke up last night at 2 am unable to sleep

which is rare for me, and I read the articles suggested.

Here is the weird part – after reading the article I realized, I never have

allergic reactions to those foods listed in the " traditional sense " . I eat lots

of eggs, chicken, broccoli, peppers etc. and I don't break out in rashes, heavy

breathing or anything like that. I always suffer from bad fatigue though,

extreme head fog and very bad memory.

Bees article says " Therefore, do not be alarmed if you get healing reactions

from good foods like eggs, coconut oil, butter, and other good unadulterated

foods. If you get reactions that are alarming or intolerable cut back on the

amount and gradually increase it. You body is designed to use good unadulterated

foods in order to be healthy. "

So I should then keep eating the foods I am allergic to and my body will self

correct?

clean them with solvents which are toxic/poisonous which they do not remove, and

then they make them into a liquid which is dropped onto your blood sample. Then

they look at " supposed " antibodies in the blood to determine whether you are

" supposedly " allergic.

solvents are poisonous, so of course they will get reactions on a blood sample -

like eggs, it is because they are helping your body heal and detoxify itself, so

of course you will get reactions which are natural body processes.

> Eggs are high in sulphur which is one of the most important minerals your body

needs in order to detoxify itself. The way you handle it is by having small

amounts, like 1 teaspoon of egg yolk 3 times a days for a few days, and then

slowly increase the amount. That's how many people on this group, including

babies and children, have been able to have eggs. Many of them have 4 or more

now.
