If you get reactions that are alarming or intolerable cut back on the amount and gradually increase it. You body is designed to use good unadulterated foods in order to be healthy. " They " makes tons of money out of their bogus allergy theories which makes everyone more fearful of good God-given foods and eating in general, just like they are doing about many other natural functions in life. They do have a method in their madness however, which is IF they make you fearful enough they can get more control over you - duh?
