allergic reactions to those foods listed in the " traditional sense " . I eat lots

of eggs, chicken, broccoli, peppers etc. and I don't break out in rashes, heavy

breathing or anything like that. I always suffer from bad fatigue though,

extreme head fog and very bad memory.

from good foods like eggs, coconut oil, butter, and other good unadulterated

foods. If you get reactions that are alarming or intolerable cut back on the

amount and gradually increase it. You body is designed to use good unadulterated

correct?

+++Hi Wes,

Yes, of course you should keep eating those good foods " they claim " you are

allergic to. " They " makes tons of money out of their bogus allergy theories

which makes everyone more fearful of good God-given foods and eating in general,

just like they are doing about many other natural functions in life.

They do have a method in their madness however, which is IF they make you

fearful enough they can get more control over you - duh?

Onward & upward, Bee
