Guest guest
I believe I have a hernia and am going to the doctors this week to get it checked out. I really hate to go to the doctor but I have been reading on line the best thing to do for it is to get it repaired. I am so scared to have surgery and get anesthesia and all that jazz during my healing (been on Bee's diet since October). My head is spinning and am not sure the right thing to do for my body during this. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!! Theresa

Most hernias can be repaired by this program, depending upon the kind, location, how bad it is, when it happened and why it happened, i.e. injury due to an accident or because of extremely heavy lifting. Guest guest
Bee: it is located on my lower left belly. It buldges sometimes and sometimes it goes down but there most always is a dull pain. Lower left belly is not specific enough. Is it near your ovaries like almost middle left belly, or is it closer to the side? Is it near your left hip bone? Here's an image of your large intestines, so please let me know whether the buldge is in your descending colon or not: http://www.colorectal-cancer.ca/blog/?p=1260 & lang=en You could also look up images of your lower abdomen so you can see where your ovaries are, etc. Also, how long, in years and months, have you had it? What do you think caused it? Bee
Guest guest
Bee: It is more lower than my descending colon, closer to ovaries, I think. Every time I do heavy lifting, that area gets tender for a few weeks then subsides but the pain does not fully go away. I am going tomorrow to my family doctor to see what she says, but no I have not been diagnosed yet. This is my speculation. I am praying the pain does not have to do with my Crohn's disease. I have had diarrhea lately but no other symptoms. I am actually very worried and rather it just be a pulled muscle or a hernia if you can believe that. This dies can heal a hernia though as you said? I have had this pain from when I got pregnant with my second baby (3 years ago). That is when I recall noticing it. Thanks for listening Bee...I appreciate it so much -Theresa On Fri, May 27, 2011 at 10:17 AM, Bee <beeisbuzzing2003@...> wrote: > > > > > > > > > Bee: it is located on my lower left belly. I was DXd with an umbilical hernia (possibly two) several years ago, probably caused by heavy lifting as I was a power lifter. It is still bulging at this point (14 months on your pgm) but I'll tell ya, it no longer HURTS like it used to when I was eating raw veggies and grains. But you believe it can be 'repaired'? That is because this program reconstructs all cells so they are healthy, and it helps your body get rid of toxins so the cell membranes are not stiff/rigid any more, which makes all of the tissues throughout your body stronger.
