Hello,

I guess I should introduce myself since this is basically my first post here.

I'm , a 24 year old breastfeeding mother of a 20 month old bundle of

energy, Hunter. I found this site after finding out I most likely have

Polycystic Ovary Syndrome in March, and I went on a quest to find out how to

heal/treat it naturally. As of now, I still have not had a menstrual cycle since

my son, and before him, I didn't cycle unless I was on birth control pills. I've

had many other issues throughout my life, from IBS/food intolerances, to

" asthma " that wasn't really asthma, to high resting pulse rate, etc. I started

on the Paleolithic diet first, after about 3 weeks someone mentioned GAPS and

candida, and about 3 weeks ago while doing the GAPS intro, realized I couldn't

re-introduce any sugar or high carb veggies at all without problems. Someone on

marksdailyapple mentioned Bee and the natural healing website, and I went on and

realized this was the missing piece, this was exactly what I had been doing on

GAPS for the most part, with a few small changes.

So, I've been trying to decide how I should introduce the foods I have

previously avoided. I know they aren't " bad " foods because they're on Bee's

list, mainly the nightshade vegetables. Should I just intro them a few bites at

a time as I tolerate them?
