" +++Here's some suggestions for curbing your cravings:

" You are considered on my program when you are:

1) Only having foods on the foods list, and do not cheat except rarely. "

" +++Hi Tammy. I should " not " have stated it is okay to cheat. Instead I should

have said " IF you must cheat " do it once a week within a 2 hour period of time,

but also only pick one thing and don't eat a whole chocolate cake because you

can do it in 2 hours. lol! "

" +++Hi Jess. Thank you for being honest about your cheats. Cheating on this

program makes your body react with detoxifying and healing symptoms, more than

are normal on this program.

Also your body's sensitivity to off-diet foods is going to be stronger on this

program, so that's why you should not cheat. Some off-diet foods increase

hormones that can make you feel less depressed for a short time, but they

interfere with healing so they do not actually alleviate depression.

Foods that most people cheat with can have emotional connections to people, like

your Grandma, who gave you sweets and was loving, kind and good to you, which

can alleviate depression on a mind level. "

I found these in the archives here by doing an advanced search using Bee's name

as the author and " cheat " in the message body. There will be lots more for you

to find and read.

Cheating, I know, does not put your body back to square one, but I hope you can

see from the above that cheating is not a good thing to do on a regular basis.

I am having ear pain and itching (which was bad yesterday and the day before

but is almost totally gone today!) and stomach pain and cramping (gallbladder

area - I have had gallstones and many gallbladder attacks in the past). I have

also had bathroom issues this week. So, I believe my body had done healing... am

I setting myself back?

believe is a member of this support group as well, who has been coaching me

along, but I can only ask for so much of her time! lol. Anyway, the first couple

days weren't too bad. The last few days have been rough. One day I had a small

handful of plain pretzels, another day I had 5 or 6 fruit snacks and 2 bites of

potato and today I had probably 3-4 Tbsp of peanut butter. I guess my question

is - is cheating in the first few weeks common? And now bad is cheating? How

much will it set you back if you do it just a tiny bit a day? Not that I plan to

keep doing it or want to justify it, but I just am curious if it took away from

any healing I may have done this week. I am having ear pain and itching (which

+++Hi ,

Since you are just starting to change over to this program you must do it slowly

and gradually, otherwise it causes more symptoms and reactions than are

necessary.

I don't think we can address cheating at this point since it is much too soon.

It is very important that you follow Curing Candida, How to Get Started so you

do not go on this program too fast:

http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/intro1.php

In that article it suggests you write up your own plan for slowly getting on the

program. Once you have eliminated foods not on this program they will be

considered your cheats.

All the best, Bee

Hi Bee. Unless I missed it, I did't see how long each step should take. When I

eliminate one food (or add a fat) how long does someone typically wait until the

next step? A few days? A week? Thanks.
