Guest guest
---I'm a newbie here getting ready to have my bum galbladder removed (hopefully, soon!) I don't know alot, but I have learned some very important things here from some very wise people! I think (as Will would say) you have already taken the first step by deciding you want to change your lifestyle....because changing that is the biggest step. In my opinion, changing your diet first is essential....eating more good things, green leafies, drinking alot of apple juice (to soften any stones you may have and begin cleansing), laying off the bad fat and introducing the good fats. Increase your whole grains and fiber and take some supplements that encourage liver cleansing. Alot of people here can give you specifics....I have just kept track of the things that would help me. Hang in there and congratulations on starting your new, healthier lifestyle!! Edie In gallstones , " D Lacy " <stevendlacy@y...> wrote: > I was hoping someone could give me some advice.
