I Thought it might help with die off symptoms,Should I do a coffee enema to try

to get out the coconut oil?

Hi Matt - if you have read all the information about Candida and how the body

deals with it, you will know that there is no such thing as 'die-off' symptoms.

All symptoms are either due to detoxing or healing.

Please read this article before you go any further on the diet -

http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/help1.php

This is why it is important to read as much information as you can before you

commence Bee's diet.

Although Bee may not agree, I would suggest that you either leave your body to

just deal with the coconut oil itself - you may get diarrhea, or perhaps try a

plain warm water enema.

Whilst the body can deal with water and coffee from the other end, it should not

have to deal with oil that hasn't been processed through the normal route

first....

+++Hi Matt,

Like Ali wrote, please read the information emailed to you when you joined so

you understand; here they are:

No, do not do any enema now. Your body will be okay within 2-3 days and will

eliminate the coconut oil okay.

Hi Amy,

I live in Florida too and your experience echos mine. I have been using CO for

oil pulling (daily) and in cooking for over 10 years and no colds or flu in all

that time. I never get flu shots. I'm now 74 and no major health issues except

for osteoarthritis in one hip and knee. But that is not a systemic illness and

probably due to OVER exercising a couple of years ago - plus a fall on my hip.

Otherwise CO has kept me in good health, so keep it up! I've always been

something of a health nut so I use a bunch of supplements as well, but until I

started taking CO I still got colds and flu. Not any more.

All the Best,

Dee

an ugly word here and it is hard to find a Dr. or DO. who will work with natural

healing before pushing pills. I avoid chemicals before trying a natural remedy.

I'm diabetic (not a weight problem) and I know I need my insulin. However, I try

to stay away from carbs and my blood gluc is controlable.

so I tried it with coconut oil. The taste is mild (I love coconut anyway) and I

keep the oil in the fridge so its solid. I took a teaspoon of it (before

breakfast) and held it in my mouth for 20min, then spat it out in the trash can.

I was amazed at how quickly I felt better and no cold or flu got to me. I don't

do it every day but if I start feeling 'gronkie' I grab the coconut oil. That's

my experience with coconut oil pulling.
