Hi Steph,

I'm jealous about the weight gain....Yea for you...;-)

I'm starting my 6th month on the diet and am still losing weight...I haven't

gained an ounce.......it's excruciating for me.

I too had celulite from my knees up to my waist....for the last 6 weeks I've

been walking with a friend 3 times a week at the mall in the morning...we do a

total of 9 miles a week....3 miles a day...and " voila " Celulite gone....my

roommate is so impressed that she has started walking with a friend of hers

too....she is going on a cruise at the end of February....So her thighs will be

looking smooth too. Give it a try....it helps to get the lymp system moving and

those toxins out!!!! Really works.....I drink a glass of water before I walk.

the diet lately... but anyway... on my fourth month of the diet I hit my goal

weight (I wanted to gain ten pounds)of 120 lbs. I feel great, I like the curves,

but then I turn around and I've got cottage cheese butt and upper thighs.... WOW

it looks bad. I've messaged about this before and I was told to do skin

brushing, I have been but I have only noticed minimal reults. It's really making

me think about my fat intake... I know that good fats shouldnt cause problems

and that these are " toxins coming out " but it just seems to be getting worse!!

I'm pretty upset about it. I am going on a hot vacation soon and I will have to

be in a bathing suit... not so excited about that :(. Does anyone have anymore

suggestions? It's weird because my skin detoxing seems to have really slowed

down... at the beggining it was SOOO bad. I was hoping the cellulite would get

better too. Ugh.... :(

+++Hi there. Is your name Steph?

You cottage cheese butt and upper things are cellulite, and cellulite indicates

toxins are coming out, so that is a good thing, but it takes time and patience.

So please hang in there.

Good fats help your body detoxify and get rid of toxins, so please do not

question them. The reason I'm doing a survey of women who complain about

gaining weight is to see what is actually happening with them. So far, 8 of 9

women have normal body fat, but they all believe they should weight less.

Double check your ratios of fat, protein and carbs and ensure you are still

within range. It is easy to increase carbs without realizing it, and it is also

easy to not get high enough good fats.

All the best, Bee
