'stuff' in their urine, and the answer back was that it was toxins. I get that

too. Does that mean the body is healing, if it's trying to rid itself of the

toxins? Or does that mean the candida is getting worse and there's an overload

of toxins?

the diet.

+++Hi . Urine is one of the many ways your body gets rid of toxins, so

yes having abnormal urine like that means your body is getting rid of toxins

that are handled by the kidneys. Yes, that does means your body is healing,

probably because it has become more efficient at detoxifying itself.

the few weeks before been taking A LOT of garlic. Could that be why? Today

there was blood not only on the tp, but in the stool. It's bright red, so that

helps set my mind at ease. But want to ask about that too.

+++It took me awhile to figure out that tp was toilet paper, so in future please

spell out those kinds of things.

+++Bright red blood means it is coming from the anus, so it usually doesn't mean

it is a problem. If you wipe too vigourously with toilet paper it irritates the

anus, causing small tears or fissures which can bleed. And sometimes the bleach

used in toilet paper is a problem. If you are concerned buy unbleached toilet

paper.

All the best, Bee
