+++Hi Lindsi,

1) You are waking up toxic, not acidic. That is because your body detoxifies

more at night.

Try taking less coconut oil and very slowly increase it so your healing

reactions like stomach pains are less.

Also it is a waste of money to take any enzymes other than Betaine Hydrochloric

Acid, because stomach acid makes them all inactive - see the section on

digestion to understand how that works:

http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/intro2.php#s28

2) The reason this diet is irritating your gallbladder is because it is helping

it heal and detoxify itself, but you must change over to this program very

slowly or your healing reactions will be more severe.

You can do the liver pump technique, apply a castor oil pack over your gall

bladder and liver area every night, and also do coffee enemas.

You didn't say how long you've been on my program, nor your ratios, nor how long

ago you were diagnosed, etc. Please help me help you by answering these

questions.

All the best, Bee
