I found a wonderful website with an array of great coconut products.

Unfortunately I am not able to order from the website, and have no answer

from the " contact us " link. Has anyone every heard of Viviendo? And if so,

where can I buy their products?

Hi everyone!

I was copying down some recipies and I found one for coconut milk that was not

candida approved. I just want to make 100% sure, are we not allowed to have

unsweetened coconut or coconut milk? What about coconut water?

Only unrefined coconut oil is allowed; all other coconut products are too high

in natural sugars.
