It began when I started the program Looked it up on google and it appears to my intestine. Is there anything I can do to help. I've been doing coffee enaemas every 4-5 days which helps on the day I do the enema but the next the pain returns. +++Hi Colleen, You can do abdominal massages: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/massage1.php Also ensure you are only consuming carbs (all plant foods) after they are well-cooked as explained in this article: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/veg3.php Have you ever had that kind of pain before, or been injured in that area in the past? Guest guest
I am not consuming any plant based carbs except for 15 grams of nutitional yeast. I'm currently doing the all meat/fat program this seem to work best for me. On this program I don't seem to get bloated and feel a lot better. The only thing is I get the urge especially when my side starts to hurt go to the bathroom but nothing. I'm not constipated but I have to set aside each morning to go which usually takes close to an hour. Doing a coffee enaema every 4-5 days helps a lot can I keep doing this indefinately? Thanks Colleen > > > > I have pain on my lower left side of my abdomen. It began when I started the program Looked it up on google and it appears to my intestine. Is there anything I can do to help. You shouldn't do enemas indefinitely - instead follow the schedule on my coffee enema article, and slowly decrease them. If you find your stools are sticky and harder to move, increase your good fats intake. All the best, Bee
