Guest guest
Hi Abbie, Please, be encouraged. You've just begun Bee's Program, working out how to incorporate it with your life. We retrace our emotions as a part of healing. Retracing, Healing Reactions and Flare-ups http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/heal10.php They can also be triggered by an imbalance of minerals. Anxiety and Depression, Help For http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/treat6.php Or Thyroid and Adrenal Malfunction http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/treat19.php We all have these problems. I decided to 'replace' sweets with fresh bacon, breads with hamburger patties or homemade sausages. Coffee can easily be replaced with water process decaf and wine? Drink the decaf or Lemon water. Chocolate covered cherries were my downfall. I could eat well except for that. Every night I had to have one or I couldn't sleep. Then I was able to just have one on 'off-diet' day. Finally, I've been off of them for 2 years! It didn't happen overnight. I just had to say, " I can get through today (without off diet junk). Guest guest
Hi Abbie, I'm also another one suffering in pain everyday. I can understand how you feel. Its not very nice that we have to change our lives in order to get better. I wish there was just a magic button we could push to make all the pains go away but there isnt. One of the things me and my husband has always liked to do was to search for a new wine to drink together over dinner sometimes on the weekend. For some reason though I suffer with tremendous pain in my arms and chest and back when drinking alcohol. The pain only lasts for a little while, and then goes away, so I have tollerated it through the years, but I have decided now that enough is enough, and I have decided to stay away from alcohol completely as I want more then anything to get my life back and to recover. I have Fibromyalgia, and suffer terribley with chest and back pains. And I have also noticed a breathing problem as of the past year, where I think im breathing normal and then out of no where I catch my body inhaling very quickly like it all of a sudden was gasping for air or something. Its very strange, and frightening at the same time, and even though Ive asked the doctors about it, everyone seems to be clueless. My husband is also having a hard time with all the changes I have been making, but I'm hoping that I will get better and once I do, I'm sure that he will then appreciate all of the changes I have had to make. I'm still new at all of this as well, so hopefully we can get well together. We are all here for each other for support, so keep writing in and tell us of your progress. Guest guest
Abbie, a real friend will understand and will make plans with you that fit into your health goals. Why not have them over for a meal? I have known two people with Alopecia (I'm not saying you have that). They both had beautiful wigs, and you couldn't tell it wasn't there hair. One kept wearing the wig, and one decided they were beautiful just the way they were and only wore beautiful scarves around their head as an accessory. Real attractiveness goes beyond physical appearance, but maybe one of those options would make you feel better about your appearance until your hair grows back in.
