I know that I'm not Anne, but my husband and I went on Dr. Cabot's

liver-cleansing diet, the 8-week plan, a couple of years ago and I promise you

that it's

wonderful. After 3 days we felt great. Neither one of us could believe it

too! Even her basic eating plan is good, it's just that her 8-week plan is

good to slowing detox you.
