Questions about starting out and BV

Now, Bee. I have read through all the required reading and have looked at

threads in this forum regarding bacterial vaginosis. It's a LOT of information

but I know that it will come naturally with time. But I still have a few

questions. Or if you can just tell me that I am understanding things

correctly...

1. Your Candida Diet food list and Supplement list is really what I should

stick to for right now. Correct??? (Because of the diet that this other doctor

has put me on, I only need to make a few slight changes to the diet anyway so it

shouldn't be too difficult. Although I must say, I don't cook so this will be a

challenge.)

2. I have seen your list of remedies to relieve symptoms of yeast infections

but I just want to double check and reconfirm that these can also be used to

treat symptoms of Bacterial Vaginosis. Correct???

3. Have you found that one of those remedies has worked better over the

others??? I know everyone is different but I figured I'd ask anyway.

4. I've heard that baths are not good for yeast or BV infections. Is it okay

to do as long as we do one of the remedies that you have listed???

5. With the coffee enemas... will I feel the effects of the caffeine on my

body??? I have issues with anxiety and I haven't had caffeine in ages so I

don't want to mess with that (my holistic doctor recommended coffee enemas to

me).

Thank you!!!

Sara

+++Hi Sara. Yes, you only need my diet plus only the supplements I recommend in

order to get healthy.

+++No, please do not follow that article since I am revising it because of my

latest research.

+++Baths are good if you don't add anything other than what I recommend, i.e.

Epsom salts, baking soda, sea salt, hydrogen peroxide.

+++Please read my coffee enema article which explains how it goes through a

different route in the body so it doesn't affect you like drinking or eating

caffeine. Even cancer clinics prescribe it. Here's the link:

-Awesome. Will do then.

-Okay. Any idea of when it will be revised??? I'm making small changes myself

like not wearing underwear when I go to bed and doing my best to stay away from

the sugar and all that.

-Do any of those sting or burn???

-I tried my coffee enemas this morning and it was really hard for me to retain

it. I could only hold it in for one minute!!! But I was also getting used to

the procedure as I had never done one before. I also think that my other

problem was letting the water in too fast. There's a clamp on the enema tube

but I don't think it was on tight enough. I can fix this the next time that I

try it. I had a slight stomach ache after for about 5 minutes but then it went

away. Now I feel normal. So that's good I guess.

***My revised article will emphasize that healing comes from within, mainly by

consuming all of the nutrients human bodies need in order to be healthy.

***I know Epsom salts won't sting or burn, but the others may, depending upon

how raw you are.

***Yes, that's good. Don't be concerned if you cannot retain the enema since it

is still helping you even if you don't. I first used the enema bag but found it

difficult to handle, so I switched over to using the bulb syringe instead.

All the best, Bee
