good and bad days alternating .(My health is just like sine wave-up and down).

Based on my food dairy last month I had 10 days when I felt good with only

minor symptoms, 4 awesome days (when I felt as good as never before) and rest 17

bad days when I had mostly flu-like symptoms and really low energy which were

much worse in the mornings than eased towards evening. (I improved compare to

previous month when I had 25 bad days).

but I am still consuming 1 coffee a day (black) ,3 cigarettes a day and 3

standard drinks a week ( I cut down from 3 coffees, 10 cigarettes and 20

drinks). I am planning to cut all down, but don't want to do it too suddenly to

not upset my body.(More to do with mental addiction ).

and alcohol.

+++Hi Dobrusia,

Yes, it is very normal! Getting healthy is not a steady uphill climb towards

health where you feel better and better every day. It has many ups and downs

because of how the body heals itself. Sometimes it is because your body got

stronger so your body is better able to heal, and that's when you'll get healing

symptoms and reactions.

The nutrients from the diet and supplements are what helps your body heal most,

in spite of having some coffee, cigs and drinks - they don't go into the

construction and health of the cells anyway, although they increase your body's

need to detoxify.

Good for you for cutting back on coffee, cigs and drinks! Keep working at it.

All the best, Bee
