Guest guest
> > Hi group, > About taking antifungals, Bee always says:Â " Candida is not cured by " killing it off " it doesn't work that way. Candida is only cured by building up the overall health of your body so it becomes strong enough to " make " candida (or any other kind of bacteria or bug) " change back " into the organism it is supposed to be in a healthy body. This is mainly done with the diet and supplements, that provide " proper nutrition " so your body can heal itself naturally the way Nature intended. " > Is there any article explaining this thoroughly? +++Hi Raquel. I'm still re-writing my main candida article to explain it more thoroughly, but it's a hugh job, so I'm doing it section by section. > If we can not kill off candida with antifungals, why I feel worse when I take antifungals? The symptoms I have when I take antifungals are different from the healing and detoxifying reactions that I have when I only do the diet. The difference in my case is more anxiety. Do you think that antifungals irritate candida and then candida gives out more toxins? Can antifungals affect candida in any way? Of course I speak about natural antifungals ( olive leaf extract, grapefruit > seed extract...) +++No, antifungals cannot affect candida in any way, however natural antifungals contain healing substances that can create more healing and detoxifying reactions, however that isn't necessarily a good thing. There are several reasons why: 1) They can be too strong and powerful so they overwhelm and/or confuse the body, which increases the body's stress and often slows or stops natural healing processes. 2) Mainly it's the correct combination of nutrients on this program that give the body what it needs so it becomes able to detoxifying, repair and rebuild itself. Anything that interferes with that or overwhelms the body is counterproductive. That's why I advise focusing on the diet and supplements (which includes eliminating toxins and damaging foods, etc.), and that any other treatments done should not interfere with nutrients or cause more stress on the body. 3) Natural healing takes time, which is at least 1 month for every year a person has been unhealthy, and that process cannot be rushed or decreased. All the best, Bee
