*** Hi Andy,

I did a search on Bee's site for sleep apnea and came up with a few articles:

some were success stories and then a couple other references were in articles.

check out this tiny url: <http://tinyurl.com/4y2mhyb>

Also you can search back thru the archives here on the forum.

We were discussing this on another forum and while some felt losing weight

reduced the need for the c-pap machine, others felt it was due to size/shape of

jaw.

Bee will be here in the morning.

try a CPAP machine (breathing machine), which I did for about a month. I didn't

notice any difference in my level of fatigue.

+++Hi Andy,

That's great your fatigue has improved a bit. Good for you!

Yes, fatigue is one of the many healing and detoxifying symptoms most people get

while their body is healing itself.

My program improves health issues mainly because it repairs and rebuilds health

at a cellular level so the cells are healthy and constructed the way Nature

intended out of 50% saturated fat (lung cells require 100% saturated fat). Of

course all of the fats I recommend work together, along with all other nutrients

on this program including vitamins, minerals, protein, etc.

This program also improves your body's ability to detoxify itself like it should

- see Toxins Cause Cell Membrane Defects:

Improving health also means you and your body will have less stress so your body

will run less and less on its fight/flight nervous system (sympathetic system)

and more on its healing nervous system, called the parasympathetic system.

That's why I recommend doing deep breathing exercises and other things that help

you relax, which not only includes taking Epsom salt baths but also avoiding

toxic people, bad news, stressful situations, etc.

All the best, Bee
