Guest guest
Hi group, After being on Bees's all fat and protein diet plus supplements for 6 months, my bowel movements have changed color. Originally very light and pale, they have changed to a deep green within the last week. Have I been on the meat and fat program too long? I still don't feel capable of digesting any vegetable fibers even if they were thoroughly cooked and pureed. This is the furthest I have ever gotten in the recovery of my health, and I'm not ready to explore pureed foods at this time. Is there danger to consuming meat and fat for extended periods? Too much conflicting information on the web about liver, fat consumption, and health. I want to believe that the change in color means that my liver is doing what it is supposed to, and that my continued reliance on the all meat and fat diet, including supplements, will continue to create positive changes. So many changes going on, but this one I wanted to run by the group to help with the uncertainty. Thank you everyone for your time and energy in providing valuable support. Thank you Bee for a program that seems to be making a difference for those of us who have never responded positively to years of medical and alternative care.
