Pretty much meat and veggies in lots of Organic butter. I feel like crap, no energy but that's to be expected. I am rarely hungry which is interesting seeing as of 6 weeks ago before I went Gluten free I could not go more that 2-3 hours without eating or else major crash time. I am %100 on with these few exceptions. Waiting till end of week for supplements to arrive to start regiment (nixed my old regiment a week ago). I don't do Bee's egg drink and no coffee enemas. > > This website though helpful, it's an INCREDIBLE amount of information to assimilate…I mean an incredible amount. I get the feeling that if I do one thing wrong because I missed some small detail on a 4th tier page at the bottom that everything else will be for naught, because I will be " out of balance " . But I am stepping out on faith and doing this the best I can. > > This is just a rant…because it's the only thing that legitimately made me angry and I thought your kidding me right? The one thing that's OCD insane and unrealistic and that was the Food Ratio aspect. I mean really? Lol, seriously? I have to measure each chicken breast to the ounce and fat as well? Lol I cook a big pot of Veggies and chicken, its good, I eat it and it satisfies. So I am supposed to pick out each piece of chicken and weigh it before I eat it? Lol Seriously? Yeah I am not doing that. I admit I am grumpy and edgy in my detox, but I have my limits.. as to whats realistic for me. > > 1. Lemon/Lime – I read that Bee recommends lemon in your water a couple of times a day. So I purchased a big bottle of Organic Lemon juice and a squeezer of organic lime juice. I am drinking this 3-4 times a day lemon/lime mix in my water. Its pretty damn good. I don't use much maybe 2 tbsp of lemon juice and a squeeze of lime in a 16qz glass of water. Is this to much? Can I do to much of it? > > 2. Celtic Sea Salt – so I bought some and am mixing the suggested amount in water once a day and drinking it, but holy crap it was 16.00 bucks for a little bottle. I can go through it in two weeks with cooking as well. What's the difference between Celtic Sea Salt and regular sea salt that's about 2.99 for a huge container? > > > Thanks > > Wes > @@ Hi Wes, Hahaha, that's right Wes, if you do not follow the diet perfectly , you will not get your diploma and I'm failing you ....lol. Wes, don't worry do the best you can and you will do well, sounds like you're doing okay. Take your time and do not rush reading through the information. I agree it is a lot to absorb. Go slow. Food Ratios : Wes, seriously, though lets see if I assist you here. Okay, for now don't worry about measuring the food ratios insomuch. Focus on getting as much good fats in, i.e add some butter over your hot veggies with your chicken and maybe eat a teaspoon of coconut oil off the spoon with your meals ; as some ideas. Therefore, if you are not getting constipated and your hunger is satisfied you are fine. Lemon/Lime: I basically cut half a lime or lemon and squeeze the juice in a glass of water 8oz, 160z or whatever and that's it. I don't drink this much more than twice a day. This also gives me an option to add some of my daily Celtic Sea Salt to meet my trace mineral needs. I add the rest of my daily salt to my food. Of course you may not want to overdo Lemon/lime since it does have some fructose and some people have lower tolerances than others. Thus, it can aggravate one's Candida issue. So go easy. Celtic Sea Salt: Wes, you can buy 1 lb of Celtic Sea Salt relatively cheap. Don't waste your money over paying for a small bottle. In example you can buy a small 1 pound bag of Celtic Sea Salt for $5.00 at Selina Naturally online. See the link below. Vital Mineral Blend Celtic Sea Salt http://www.selinanaturally.com/Celtic-Sea-Saltreg-Brand-Light-Grey-Celticreg-1-l\ b-P763C337.aspx?a_aid=454 & a_bid=93ee1fcb Wes, another brand of Celtic Sea Salt is by " Le Paludier " . Which can maybe buy at your local health food store or online. You should be able to acquire a 1 lb bag at a inexpensive price. The difference between Celtic Sea Salt and regular table salt is that Celtic Sea salt contains no toxins and 84 trace minerals your body needs and is naturally utilized & recognized by the body. Table salt does NOT contain the necessary 84 trace minerals. Your table salt is actually 97.5% sodium chloride and 2.5% chemicals such as moisture absorbents, iodine, and Aluminum hydroxide is often added to improve the ability of table salt to pour. Aluminum is a light alloy that deposits into your brain - a potential cause of Alzheimer's disease. Basically , table salt is a POISON. To learn more see below. Table Salt is Poison : http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/salt6.php Lastly, Wes, don't worry about the rant, or anything, definitely just do the best you can. Moreover, if you have anymore questions feel free, anytime. It takes time to transition to the diet program and adapt and we have been where you are, so take your time. Ed helped you a lot, so I will just caution you not to use any bottled Organic Juices; only use fresh lemons or limes. The amount of juice you added to 16 ounces is okay, but like Ed wrote some people starting out on this program cannot tolerate them, so that's why the drink is optional and not required. Ensure you go on this program slowly by following the instructions in Curing Candida, How to Get Started: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/intro1.php Don't rush, since it isn't going to help you get healthy any faster, and your body needs time to adjust itself. By the way, you do not have to weigh any foods to figure out ratios. You also do not translate grams to any kind of weight or quantity of foods anyway; it doesn't work that way. Guest guest
Hi all, I'm sorry I must be missing something. I have read all of the material. How do we know how many grams of protein and fat we are consuming if we don't weigh it? Believe me I would love to eliminate this step! Believe me I would love to eliminate this step! > Thanks, > ++Hi , Grams are on all Food Nutrition Labels, but grams are not the weight or serving size of those foods. Each package will have the serving size for the amount of grams indicated on the label; in other words, grams of protein, carbs or fats are for the serving size. Some foods can be weighed or have weight on the package like meats or butter, however others like eggs are by size, or vegetables by the cup, etc. For meats you'd need to determine how much you are eating of a whole package of hamburger so you could weigh it.
