How much water to take with HCl?

I am not quite out of my GIRD symptoms yet and am still taking HCl - about

3000-6000 mg. I am wondering how much water we should be taking in with every

500 mg capsule to ensure proper dissociation?

I am taking 1500 mg capsules by Pharmax and would likely multiply this amount by

3.
