Guest guest
Hi Bee et al, I am in the process of switching over to your program and I have a question. I know we are not supposed to take any medications. However every month I get very intense menstrual cramps-to the point of feeling like I am going to throw up. I take Aleve for the pain as I have discovered it is the most effective. Last month I did try to take white willow bark, rubbed clove oil on my belly, and was sniffing oregano oil, but I broke down and took the Aleve because I was at work and could not take the pain. Do you have any suggestions for me? Thanks,

But try to only take it once a day when it is absolutely necessary. It is better to use oil of oregano rather than clove oil. Mix oil of oregano 50/50 with extra virgin olive oil in a dropper bottle. Rub it over your uterus and apply warm, not hot heat, over it for 1/2 hour to help it sink into your skin. If it isn't possible to apply heat just apply it directly without using heat. At night you should put an oil pack over your uterus, after applying the oil of oregano, and then apply heat for 1/2 hour. Leaving the oil pack on all night: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/pack.php All the best, Bee
