Bee, Sorry for the question, and I have read your info and calculations for the

ratios of protein/fats, however, I am a little confused. You said to use the

calorie count and not the grams or weight. I can get the calories from fats

from labels etc. with most food, but how do I get the calories from protein? Or

do I use grams from protein?

Thanks Elaine

+++Hi Elaine,

You must have been reading my reply to someone who had a special request where I

wrote about percentages, however that doesn't change the way you calculate

ratios, nor how you determine how much food to consume in each food group.

The only time calorie count is used is when someone is on my all meat and fat

program.

Calculate your protein, fat and carb ratios by clicking on " Use This Simple

Calculator " on this page:

Write down your ratios, and then follow the instructions on this page to enter

foods into fitday.com:

Cheers, Bee

Hi Bee,

Thanks for your reply to my question. You said the calorie count only applied to

the all meat diet. I am doing the ALL meat and fat diet, that is why I have been

having a little problem with trying to figure it all out.

Thanks again for your help.

Elaine
