Hi Bee,

I'm sorry for bugging you about this again but I need to make sure. Since I

have started this diet, whenever I eat my legs and feet become very cold and

I get extremely sleepy. Yesterday, after lunch my hands, feet and legs

became cold and I was so tired I couldn't keep my eyes open. I started to

get a head ache as well. I keep telling myself that it's all part of

detoxing but not so sure. When I got home a few hours later, I checked my

blood sugar and it was 65. In the morning before breakfast it was 84 and 1

hr to 1 1/2 later I checked and it was 86. Plus I keep getting those little

nerve pulses or bubbles. I don't know, do you think its a neuropathy

problem? I also become depressed after eating and can not concentrate.

Thank you as always,

Jess

+++Hi Jess,

You are right, that all of your symptoms above are caused by detoxification, so

no they do not indicate a neuropathy problem.

Toxins make the cell membranes (enclosure around every cell) throughout the body

stiff/rigid - see this article:

Normal blood sugar ranges from about 82 to 110.
