My brother had symptoms like you and followed my advice and improved dramatically over time. See below his story submitted by me, for encouragement. http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/success/ss130a.php Considering, you have been on & off on the diet, I don't believe its retracing. But rather deficiency which the body is trying hard to normalize. I think, if you like to talk or vent, talking to a friend or family member would be more productive than a psychologist, unless you have nobody else. Since a paid listening ear is what a psychologist is. Friends & Family can offer the same, but at least they genuinely care and they have no vested interest i.e. paid by the hour Psychology/psychiatry is fundamentally an unnecessary fake or pseudoscience anyway. So no loss or a real contribution to people neither. Yes,, what you are experiencing can be Candida related. However, you can be sure irregardless, its related to deficiencies. Therefore, by giving the body what it needs will assist in balancing nutrients .. etc and normalizing your emotions. , while you wait for the Cod Liver Oil, you can first be sure to continue with the program and supplements. And yes, Cod liver Oil and other good healthy fats help with improvement in emotional issues; correct. No cheats like alcohol, sugar or coffee. As these are all stimulants which you probably super sensitive at present and of course they're unhealthy and add to deficiency you don't want to promote. Place some Celtic Sea Salt, periodically, under your tongue and let it dissolve. Since deficiency/imbalance in minerals can cause a fluctuations in emotions, Celtic Sea salt can assist in correcting this issue. To help relax , I suggest you take some leisure Epsom baths. You may also add some deep breathing exercises to help relax. Moreover, get out and go to the mall, to a friend's place, take a walk ..etc. Basically, to occupy, relax your mind and change your perspective. Lastly, avoid the news in all forms, for now, to eliminate any unnecessary stress. Things will get better, Take care. Guest guest
Hi , I can relate. When I started this program I had all mental symptoms depression, anger, anxiety, brain fog, ADD, etc.. My therapist at the time recommended antidepressant's. However the more I read about mental disorders the more I realized this was not the answer. I started the diet in April 09. I am not completely healed yet but my symptoms have improved dramatically. Cod liver oil is important to brain function. It is important that you take all healthy fats on this program i.e. coconut oil, butter, cod liver as they all work together. ________________________________ From: Ed <imysterios@...> Sent: Fri, January 28, 2011 2:04:36 PM Subject: [ ] Re: Personality disorder and candida  > > Hi. Guest guest
Hello , Please take heed of all the encouraging advice you have been given. Ed & are correct about the importance of a clean diet in resolving mental issues. Having been to a psychologist, psychiatrist and treated with 4 different 'anti-depressant' meds I can say that of all these treatments, diet had the most profound effect on my mood. Candida will leave you in a brain fog by means of toxic by-products that it gives off. Definitely not enjoyable! Continue the diet, stay true to it, and you will make it through this. Remember that in today's society doctors are not in the best of interest to 'cure' anyone regardless of what disease he or she may have. I found this out through years of doctor visits. Naturopathy is literally years ahead of contemporary medicine. We at the forum embrace your drive to speak out about matters like these and your push for sound health. Guest guest
, While I completely agree that this diet will eventually level out emotional issues, if you are having times of contemplating suicide you should seek immediate help and support until your mental state is more stable. I too have been battling depression (and possibly some bipolar disorder) I know the feeling of drastic ups and downs. I know the feeling of WANTING to socialize but not having the drive or courage to do it. And I completely understand the exhaustion of dealing with it. Having people tell you to " get up and get out and do something " , exercise, etc. is not always an option when you feel this way. I too have been on and off the diet (going on 3 years) and am trying to get back on the band wagon once and for all. My emotional state was ruining my life, interfering with my relationship with my daughter, friends, family and boyfriend. As much as I didn't want to and initially felt disappointed that I couldn't handle this on my own, I sought the help of a Dr. and counselor to support me until the diet gets me more " balanced " . I don't believe psychiatry is of no use, they can be equipped with much better " tools " to help you than even friends or family. I hope it is ok, but I will pray for you and hope you find the strength you seek. Please know there are people who care about you! Even here, where we are strangers, yet connected Best wishes and God bless, Amy...(a teacher with snow day #2 tomorrow
