1st off. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you for your site Bee.

I've tried a million different combinations of diet and yours is the only one

that keeps my body happy.

I am currently dealing with a chronic illness and my body absolutely craves the

healthy fats you recommend...it can't get enough.

3 questions for you.

1. I think I remember reading we can eat unlimited amounts of butter, but you

only want us at 6 tablespoons of coconut oil. If we are able to tolerate it is

there a problem with eating more or in that case should the balance just be made

up with butter (did I mention I LOVE these fats???)

2. Now that I've been feeding my body more butter and coconut oil it no longer

seems interested in olive oil. Should I be making a concious effort to try and

include it as well or is going a few days without the olive oil ok?

3. I have bowel movement issues (siding more towards constipation). I have been

eating the higher level of fats for about 2 weeks and am also using HCL at 10

tablets with no burning. I read on another forum that also advocates higher fat

that high intakes of fibrous veggies such as broccoli, cauliflour can " take

away " or cancel out the fats. I'm asking because my body loves broc &

cauliflower and I eat it daily in pretty moderate amounts! I'm going to adjust

my diet to vary up my veggies more, but was just curious if you had anything to

say on the subject. I eat quite a bit of veggies period, but they are always

cooked and always doused in fats.

Thank you for your time Bee.

Jeff
